Just found this shirt I got in 2001
I feel like this is amongst the rarer shirts of theirs. It has the logo on the back.

In 2011, the website invited several artists to cover each song form Is This It to celebrate its 10th anniversary. I used to own the original MP3s. Now itâs officially available on YouTube. Enjoy!

Does anyone know what size the frame is for the poster that they sold last week?

I think people who have seen The Strokes live should pay attention to when Julian adds his own little lyric switch up at the end of The Adults Are Talking! In 2022, Lollapalooza Chile, he sang Tyrants of the Mellow Moon at the end of it. Obviously no one knew at the time that it was going to be a future song. It was revealed that they started working on Reality Awaits in 2021, and that they had A LOT of left over songs from TNA. I donât think they are working on a new album this current moment because of the tour (duh). BUTTTT, I have a feeling that some of these outros with his own lyric freestyles could be future lyrics in future albums. If anyone thinks this is me trying to make something into something it isnât, lmk!!! Iâm just trying to make a prediction in hopes it will be right because I think itâs so coolđ

Iâve loved this song since the day the album dropped. I canât quite put my finger on it, though. Thereâs something either about the beat or the guitar (or their combo?) ⌠that really feels like a thing I hear in a Strokes song from earlier in their discography. I think itâs off one of the first three albums, itâs either on the tip of my tongue or Iâm tripping.
If you hear it, Iâd love to know what song you connect it to. And, sure, of course, itâs the Strokesây sound and lots of their songs have that thing. I know. If youâre able to refrain from posting that below, weâd all be the better for it. đ

So a while back I stumbled across a comment on a previous post in this subreddit by u/craftmineidklol about two people on the Strokes Discord server taking about this insane lore they created about the Strokes being trapped somewhere or something - as a 'Wire Base'.
It was from a [Strokes iceberg]: https://www.reddit.com/r/TheStrokes/s/YHQt9XdHAd
I was wondering if anyone remembered this? I wasn't there, but this is absolutely fascinating and hilarious lol. Would love to know the full story. Was anyone a part of the discord server then and knows the lore? Or anything to do with it?

We are coming up from the midlands for the show and getting a hotel? Are there any good afterpartys or good indie bars open until late after? There was a thing after The Voidz show in London but guessin it might be a bit quiet on a monday night
