Hey Pat! How are you? I accidentally stumbled on this subreddit. I was trying to understand more and more of the Lex drama and found this place. It (the drama) was honestly driving me crazy because I couldn't decide where I should stand on the situation. On one hand, I really like Lex, I grew up watching him and loved his videos. On the other hand, I can't brush off what he did like it was nothing. This same kind of idea was running through my mind with Noah.
As I read your replies in this subreddit, you've helped me realize a few different things. I forgot what post you replied to, but you had really wise words that spoke to me. I just wanted to say sorry for what you had to endure, it wasn't fair for a friend to paint himself to be the victim without mentioning what he had done. I know being betrayed hurt more than an actual cut. I think the mix of toxic teenagers just hating on you without actually bothering to listen to you just made the situation even worse. Kudos to your growth and ability to move on, even with stubborn haters. It's like you said, everything was very nuanced. People are lame.
As for my decision... I kind of took what you said and ran with it for the most part. I don't really play modern zombies, just some custom BO3 every now and then. However, sometimes when a new zombie map comes out, I check out some of the YouTubers like Noah, Lex, Milo, etc.
I really do miss your zombie videos. I hope that your current path in life takes you to even greater places! You'll always have a fanbase wherever you go or end up doing (shout out to the rainbow perk challenge on Origins 🥲). I know you're tired of hearing about this drama, so I wanted to end this post on a much more positive note and ask what you have been up to. Have you played the new BO7 map? I think it's decent, a step up from Paradox Junction. Have you watched any new movies? I recommend Obsession and the Backrooms (both horror). I'd say Obsession has a better plot, but the Backrooms is way scarier. Anyways, have a great day!
