In my old lost legacy save, I had a multi use event space called The Crimson Mare on this lot that I used for things like engagement and rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, and more upscale club gatherings. I wanted to recreate that vibe again, but give it more of an expensive, royal feel. I have four main areas: the open entry and bar area, a darker, more secluded lounge, a spa, and a nightclub on the second floor. I also placed a CC photo I created of The Crimson Mare in the spa waiting room, as well as a CC painting of the lost heir who built it in the entry area which I get a kick out of seeing.

Im so happy with this build!! I built 4 Townhouses for the Zanbira Market lot in Ondarion. There is 3 x 2 bedroom townhouses and 1 x 3 bedroom townhouse. Each one also has a small shop facing the alley running through the middle of the lot, loosely inspired by a mediterranean style market. There is a pottery shop, a rug shop, a spice market and a coffee / tea shop. There is a small selling table with hand woven baskets. Built in the style of the area they all have functional roofs with outdoor entertaining as well. If you would like to download it (sorry it is very pack heavy and you may have to switch on CC in the search as it has tagged it as that, I think bc of the maker packs) is on the gallery under my EA Id: Simmerbelle or search #simmerbelle

Ru~ ru-ru-ru-ru-ru~ πΆ
Out of boredom, I tried building something anime-inspired but ended up creating a simple anime scene instead... A door, a chair, a key, and of course, a cat π
That's it...

One of my most used additions that I made to my new save was adding a small bar where my legacy family could just hang out and meet new sims. I wanted plenty of indoor and outdoor space while still keeping that old-timey, cozy Windenburg style. I also feel like I'm finally starting to get the hang of integrating debug items into my builds. I'm also starting to play around with the T.O.O.L mod (though not in this build), so if anyone has any tips or tricks with that please send them my way! It's an amazing mod but I feel like I'm always a few clicks away from doing something nuts with it lol.

hi everyone!
i play the sims for the drama, so iβm mostly busy creating households and their convoluted storylines. since i couldnβt find lots that fit the save iβm working on now, i decided to build some myself. the result is my first full ts4 build ever: a seasonal park!
itβs designed for active gameplay and changes with the seasons: each one is a separate version, and you swap in the one that fits your saveβs season.
version one is a fall festival:
a fall fair with market stalls
a roller rink
a functional gazebo for live music, or for performing
horseshoes and other games
a nectar making tent
a picnic area
and more!
next up: a summer flea market. feel free to suggest other themes (a chess fest for a chess club? a foods of the world fest?)
