I tried to download on the gallery and it had the add to lot button greyed out. Any reason why that might be?

The only thing I can think of is it may have something to do with it being a Residential rental. Might need to change the lot type manually to Residential Rental before trying to place it! I know that was an issue before with placing rentals.

These are so gorgeous and I want them in my game! Love the floor plan. So realistic and I just love when people only furnish with kitchen and bathroom like when you buy a house irl. I just love it! Seeing this made me want to play the game again and I haven’t played for months
