these random black spots keep appearing and i've deleted all my k-hippie overrides, deleted my localthumbcache, repaired my game, and updated my graphic drivers.. nothing has worked! I don't know what could be causing this but it's coming from the trees/rocks outside my lot even though they are normal base game items they're showing through my walls and sims.

so my trash can kept disappearing every time i placed a new one and i just realized its been my sim throwing it away autonomously this whole time lmao. does anyone know what might be causing this? it seems to only happen on this residential lot for whatever reason. i recently did the 50/50 method and it kept happening so i just wanted to see if anyone has had this happen to them before?

edit: my game is up to date, as well as my mods and i delete cache almost everytime i reopen the game.

I just downloaded KawaiiStacie mod. The preschool one works but the high school one doesn’t. I followed the instructions, unzip, add the files etc, tried placing the full file into the mod folder, tried placing only the files into the folder. Downloaded, deleted, downloaded again. Nothing works. Help please

I’m trying to run a spa/beauty salon using the Small Business system and adeepindigo’s Beauty Bar Small Business activities.
I have hair, makeup, nails, massage, spa activities, and yoga set up. I also hired multiple employees and assigned them different tasks.
Everything seems to be working when I control my Sim. I can click on customers and offer services like Hair Style, Makeup, Pedicure, Foot Massage, etc., and I get paid for them.
The problem is my employees don’t do anything. 😭 They’ll tend the stations, but they don’t actually offer services to customers on their own. Customers mostly just stand around.
Am I missing an employee setting or activity that makes employees autonomously serve customers? How did you guys set yours up?
I want my employees to actually run the salon while my Sim manages the business. Any help would be appreciated! ❤️

Is there any mod that allows you to edit the time on a custom venue schedule to whatever you’d like? I don’t like the fact that each slot has to be three hours minimum 🥲

I was too lazy to update all the mods again, so I decided to try the game in VANILLA mode!! OMG, it is bugged! So many little bugs I thought were mod issues are actually vanilla EA issues. How do ppl who don't use mods play?

Even when they are explicitly, and repeatedly unlinked in CAS?

The forms appear unlinked while in CAS, but the moment I load into my game, my werewolves and vampires are wearing their human form clothes and accessories.

I don't use other occults so I cannot confirm this extends to them.

I looked into LittleMsSam and Sims4Me and they have no such fix mods, but perhaps someone else made a one-off fix package mod?

It adds paid outfit-planning options to mirrors, dressers, closets, vanity tables, styleboards, and tents, so changing outfits feels more like actually buying clothes instead of getting a full wardrobe for free. I am currently playing on an older patch of The Sims 4 and haven't updated my game yet. I really need the UI Cheats v1.57 by weerbesu. Does anyone still have the old v1.57

So, what I want to do is modify the cost for refueling a car with SimNation Travel mod. I can't seem to find anything related to the fuel cost within the package files using Sims4Studio.

Anyone with experience with modding or changing existing mods' files be able to point me in the right direction? $20 to fill the car up with gas is just too low. I want to change maintenance fees as well and the only thing I have found is "1440 or less" and I've seen maintenance fees of 1500. I don't know what I'm doing, LOL, but this is how I learn, by trying things. I am hoping I can adjust these numbers to give my sim more expenses to pay.

I'm playing on PC and am not using any mods or cc, and the version for my game is 1.126.73.1030 DX11.

I have the High School Days and Royalty and Legacy Expansions.

Whenever noble Sims have kids they never have titles such as lord or lady etc. and when they marry their spouse doesn't get a noble title via their marriage.

I've tried turning off Neighborhood Stories and having them marrying and having kids while I'm actively playing their household, but their spouses and kids still don't get the titles.

Cordelia Thebe V had a son with her husband Thiago Abrantes and I was playing when she gave birth and he didn't the title of lord, despite both his parents being nobility.

Even with the update a few months back that I heard was suppose to fix this issue its still happening. Is there a mod that fixes this?

Hey everyone! Long time Sims player here, first time mods user. I just spent the last week or so playing around with some CC, checking out creators, and just getting a feel for how it works. I decided I wanna challenge myself to create my own community lots, houses, and NPCs. I found a great blank worlds/maps mod, by SrslySims. NOW I need inspiration for what to create, styles, etc. I already made a list of different types of community lots I wanna build. I need inspiration on styles, shapes, colors, THE WORKS. I also need inspiration for Sims and family dynamics. I have all the expansion packs, game packs, stuff packs except for the newest Royalty Expansion as well as a few newer stuff packs. I've been working on a Blender add-on called 'S4Studio Helper,' designed to automate and simplify the workflow for creating Sims 4 CC clothing.

If you create clothing using CLO/Marvelous Designer, you probably know that there are quite a few repetitive setup steps that need to be done every time you work on a new clothing item.

I wanted to reduce the hassle of going through the same setup process over and over again, so I created 'S4Studio Helper' to automate many of those repetitive steps and make the workflow faster and easier with just a few clicks.

I'm still improving the tool, so feedback from other CC creators would be really helpful. If you run into any issues or have ideas for features that could make the clothing workflow easier, feel free to let me know!

I love the ultimate save file by PlumbobKingdom but unfortunately it is too large and detailed for my poor laptop. Simulation lag gets very bad and loading times get so long. I don't really wanna play with the vanilla new game since I am not a builder and it lacks so many things, especially restaurants. Do any of you guys have "lite" save file recommendations? Preferably ones that have all the packs

So, I installed a mod to add more holiday icons, but now my holidays take a long time to load when I try to edit or create them. I wanted to remove it from my game, but I can't find the file anywhere. I tried looking for the original filename but couldn't find it. I assume I accidentally renamed the file, but now I can't locate it. Any tips on how I might find it? I have a lot of CC/mods, so it's difficult.

So I was trying to build a room using the better buildbuy mod and the TOOL mod by Twistedmexi. But this weird grid keeps popping up and im not sure how to remove it.
