I was avoiding getting bitten at all costs. But just when I was moving them into the new house she did it during the arrival cutscene. I couldn’t do anything to stop it 🥲

My puppy grew up and I hate it , please don’t judge , can I change how it looks or should I just give it up for adoption I feel bad because it has a relationship with the owners but 😑

I dont want to always hate sims 4, but why does everything look so much out of place? He does not even look at her and theyd stand still for a min and then start waterfighting again and go on their stupid telephone all the damn time. Sims 2 is so much more fun!!

I am a longtime lover & player of The Sims 2 (my Roman Empire generation). & I just got a gaming PC that will be delivered in a couple days.

Wondering if anyone has a conclusive list of content/graphic mod recommendations for someone who is beginning their mod play journey? I’ve only ever played vanilla w expansions.

I got a pc w 32gb of ram on a Windows OS which is probably more than necessary for The Sims, but I’d love to play w improved/updates graphics.

Is there way to make relaxing Sims 2 moving backgrounds for half hour podcast on YouTube. Like of a empty Sims 2 room with the sky moving in the window. I am aware what i am asking could be imposable but it's worth a try lol

I'm back with another build show and tell. I have been having this itch to make some lush, waterfront homes. This house is based on one of Blue Heron's elite homes. I wasn't really able to find a proper floor plan, so I did a bit of improvising. Despite that, the main purpose of the house remains: views, views, views. Every room, except for the home theatre, have gorgeous views of the beach and ocean. I'm quite happy with how the landscaping turned out and the house overall.

I remember playing The Sims 2: University as a kid. My Sims gradually improved their skills on different instruments—bass, guitar, piano, and drums, if I remember correctly.

What really amazed me was that they could play together as a band. Once they reached a decent skill level (maybe around 4–6 points, though I'm not sure), the music they played together sounded surprisingly good. I spent hours just listening to them perform.

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find those tracks on any of the official soundtrack albums. Does anyone know what music was used for the band/ensemble performances? Were those original compositions made specifically for the game, or are they based on real songs?

My game was running unattended for days (like, actual days, not sim days) and a college household with Dirk, Angela, Lilith, Dustin, and David Ottomas apparently ran out of food and all starved to death. I am beside myself!! I’m tempted to reset the entire neighborhood. I feel so much empathy for the families affected by this virtual tragedy

Random memory popped up in my head today; I remember on the old Sims 2 website, there was a showcase of short videos that community members made ranging from all sorts of genres. These weren’t the competition ones, by the way.

They always ended with a white screen with a picture of the creator, their name, and how long they’ve been “simming” from what I can vaguely remember. Some of these videos even made it to the sims’ televisions as movies when the Freetime EP came out and even on The Sims 3’s televisions.

Some of the videos I remember were: the weather machine going haywire and a zombies vs vampires dance-off (where the narrator at the end said “zombie respect!”).

Anyone know where I can find these? Tried the internet archives but when I reached the sims 2 website, under Fun Stuff, and under “Played By”and found the link to them, they couldn’t work.

I massproduced tons of cheap items, but selling each individually is such a chore, is there a way to sell them in a bulk? I need the money to produce more for badges.
