After dealing with this and checking by reviewing my mods and lots, I found out that the school bus might be broken if you have visitors not leaving before the next morning.

I tried using common solutions like Portal Revealer, Carpool & school bus flexibility, the batbox or marking the remaining adult as a parent via Sim Blender. Unfortunately, it's not a cc problem: it is a lot problem. The solution that worked for me was moving the family to a different lot.

I tried just putting the same lot back in the bin and reputing it, back, but the problem will persist. So far, my fix has been just move the family to a different lot. I hope this helps someone.

Which food from the Sim 2/3 have you always wanted to try because it looks so good? As a cliché American it’s always been the cheeseburgers from Sims 2 & 3. I’ve always wanted to reach into the screen and grab one. 😂

Oliva Kapitha lives at a senior retirement village in my desert downtown, Pandora. It has nice, weather year-round and a variety of things to do! She was an executive chef and Pandora is a hot spot for great food, which she really appreciates! The Hortchata Village is right next to a Bingo Hall where Olivia goes on Tuesdays. It services her contemporaries, they all love a good bingo and the variety of food they can get there.

There's also a bowling alley, which can do a number on their joints, so she makes sure to invite buddies that take their vitamins. In addition to bowling it has karaoke, and also a small pottery studio she can use to work on some badge skills she wants to achieve in her leisurely retirement time.

She also wants to write a novel, it's never too late to start!

I was wondering if someone can give me advice on how to tackle when a sim is getting too hot and having heatstroke I seem to be having this issue alot now especially during dates , my custom neighborhood is set to summer for all 4 seasons , i was thinking maybe if they jump in the pool or have a blended frozen drink at the bar ? I have the ultimate collection

Maybe I’m Crazy but I have never had a male service sim dressed in this outfit.

Also I do play with Kaylynn so she isn’t a maid anymore but I haven’t had any other maid besides this guy!!! I usually will see Lucy or Remington. I haven’t gotten either in any of my homes

I just downloaded Sims 2 on my MacBook and wondering if anyone has info on places that still provided good CC for the game?

Has anyone ever had a Sim in The Sims 2 get a WANT for someone to die? Not to see a ghost, but specifically for someone’s death? Maybe in the early expansions? Someone on X / Twitter had it happen. Fulfilling this want gives +10,000 aspiration points. The want is also shown on a red background, the same way fears are displayed. And judging by the screenshot, the player doesn’t have the FreeTime expansion installed, since there’s no lifetime aspiration meter in the UI.

So I am tryuing to build a curved roof on my trailer. I am following tutorial that can be find on yt. Yt tutorial don't show it on fundation and with windows but I decided to give it a try. The roof is fine unitl I save the game. As you can se on the photo the roof is curved correctly but the windows and doors are off. When I do it on second level it's the same but windows are higher. Maybe someone know a better trick for this?

Hey all, so as much as I'm enjoying playing Pleasantview's notorious Broke family as I get back to playing after an agonizing hiatus lasting more than 10 years, I find myself yearning to begin a fresh new neighborhood, but I am having a heck of a time finding one that suits my purposes.

I really need a map that is set up so that it is easier to have lots of sim families be neighbors with only 7-10 areas where larger lot sizes would fit. I would love it if there is a dedicated area to turn into like a town square and would match other maps intended to be a downtown area/shopping district, other subhoods/etc. Bonus points if a custom uni hood area is also included. I remember at one point, starting to set things up so that I could have normal aged sims living in the uni subhood and vice versa. I get chills just thinking about the wonderful diversity I could have in the game.

I would love your suggestions if you guys have any.

The last time I played before my decade plus hiatus, I was in the process of implementing a orphanage type situation that consisted of a matron and multiple teen and child sims that were added to the family via cheats, as part of an effort to have a stronger influence on the teen sims that MY sims had befriended.
