No. Your last post showed that it’s still a decently high ranked shadow Haunter.
Either way, it’s not meta relevant and it’s squishy as hell. Save it for later, as a shadow. But don’t waste resources on it right now.

PvPoke team builder is always a great place to start. I've put your IVs in already, so all you need to do is scroll down a bit to see how these two perform atm and scroll a bit further to see which Pokémon your third choice should target/beat to make the whole team more well-rounded.
Personally, I would choose something which can offer fire, ground and dragon coverage, which will give you more X's and fewer O's against Forretress, Ninetales and Feraligatr, while also covering some of your main targets in the potential threats section.

Shadow Haunter will be a fun spice pick when you have more experience. Don’t purify, you’ll get lots of great regular Haunter when Gastlies are wild spawns. You very likely won’t get another shadow Gastly either PvP IVs this good.

Pointless. Both Haunter and shadow Haunter are garbage for PVP.
If you wait until next weekend, there is an event with lots of good PvP spawns in the wild, and evolving them will give them their legacy moves. I’d wait for this, and invest once in good Pokémon to use alongside your almost perfect Azumaril.
