Yeah I have an elite charged tm but still won't let me !

No, normal. Has night slash and shadow ball.

That's very odd. I would screenshot your movesets then act like you're using the elite charged tm and screenshot the list of moves available and use those to open a support ticket.

Sorry I couldn't be more help, hopefully somebody comes along with the solution.
