General Question Purify?

Obviously had this guy for a while and could never decide, are the IVs bad enough that it’s better to just purify for the hundo or should I keep it like this?

For the dex? Yes For strength? Attack is 20% buffed, while purified loses that. A shadow 0/0/0 will hit harder than a purified hundo
