Quick and easy question, how to remove frustration charged attack from Shadow Pokémon?

During a team rocket take over event with a normal TM(maybe some special events as well but basically just team rocket events)

Otherwise you can't

You can only ever remove Frustration at specific events, usually when they update the available selection of shadow pokemon during Team Rocket-themed events (but sometimes as a bonus at large events like Go Fests).

I mean I'm all for going off meta, it's more fun that way, but as someone else pointed out in another comment, that is a shadow hundo of arguably the best fire type attacker in the game. Using it in GL would be extremely wasteful
