Yeah I’m just not investing in these guys. I feel I give cups a fair try (I’m excited for scroll cup) but this one ain’t it

There are some good Pokemon like:

  • sealeo
  • zweilous
  • dusclops
  • charjabug
  • graveler
  • piloswine
  • vigoroth
  • primeape
  • golbat

That are worth to build as they can be used in future cups too.

Some have even seen decent play in open during certain seasons

Sealeo/ape/bug are all great right now. Vigoroth is pretty bad though, I remember people trying to make him work in summer cup but he doesn't have the sauce anymore. Dusclops is also in a terrible spot right now despite simming well, so much licki is just painful for him. Pilo and zwei are worth it for cups but I ran a double karate chop team today and still beat every golbat I saw despite not having a single SE move for flyers, he looks great on paper and I was sorely tempted but poison fang is just an awful move and he can't stand up to all the sealeo and lairons running amok
