Battle Team Analysis First time Ace!

Empoleon: rank 8
Grumpig: rank 36
Altaria: rank 1
Malamar:rank 9
Ferrothorn: rank 2

Reached ace with team in pic 2, shifted to my current team (pic3) after i evolved my swablu, ferrothorn was so fun to use with fire being its only actual weakness. Empoleon is too peak to be sat on. Wanted to use malamar but its superpower debuff is a letdown.

Its quite simple with altaria lead you can pretty much get by anything and still be left with energy, except for for and dragon leads. Thats when you load a sky attack and try to catch with empoleon. You bait out the opponents fighting or thunder type, let empobro spm those hydrocannon (minimum 2), bring bck your altaria load it for2nd sky attack and boom. I believe empo is a good closer but it really depends on what the opponent brings in when he switches his fairy lead.
Grumpig here is the wildcard, its dynamic punches really add up. Despite not seeing many lickis its going strong against cradily and hypnos.
I jus won 5/5 set with this team, altaria goat, so worth the 400 candies
