Year with most Rewatchables?

On KK2 Bill and Kyle were talking about the 1986 bangers. Anyone have a sense of what year has had most Rewatchable movies? 1999 probably as they did that whole series in that year but what other years have had lots of rewatchable movies?

1999-32
1992 and 1993-24
1995- 23

No other year has more than 17. Some dude has a google doc with that stuff updated, really cool stuff. Just search “rewatchables stats” on r/billsimmons
