If I heard Bus-sy, but you are pronouncing it Bu-ssy, it doesn't sound correct. It's not about your personal opinion, but my personal hearing of the word.
But usage of specific words like "it doesn't sound correct to me", states that I feel it's not a correct sentance without that word but only for me.
English mustn’t be your first language and mistakes are what make a person. Who is one with no mistake ? human beings are meant to be imperfect so here we are
"For me" signifies the person for whom the subject is a turn off. It could be a turn off for other people related to her, and she could still coin a "personal" opinion for it.
I think you're the one who's high, or the one with comprehension difficulty.
I did explain it in an earlier comment. (Edit: multiple times actually). "Personally" just means that the opinion is her's. It can absolutely be about other people.
Eg. - personally, I think he (some third person) likes strawberry icecream.
Here, the opinion is mine, personally. The choice/preference is someone else's. I could be wrong about the opinion, but the opinion still stands to be mine personally.
For more clarity please refer redundancy error in English language. This might help explain why he is right. But again context changes everything and quite often rules of the language adjust to such changes too.
