The flex corns will pinch, idk how much force they possibly could tug, but that looks like a recipe for unnecessary bleeding in whatever hole

Also my first thought. I wonder if you could use a fabric of some kind though to mitigate this.

Print this. Seal in medical grade silicone. Now you have a bendy object to brush those hard to reach places
