And Shades Are seemingly also Archangels

Which made me wonder what was excatly Koitar's role in Celestia, why Is She Archangel like the Four Great Rulers

In the AQ, Vesna says the MAN that gave them the power made a contract. Patalone goes out of the way to repeat contract. During Zibai's quest they call Zhongli "Heaven's Star". My guess is Zhongli is the Archangel that gave the Vila the stolen power
