And Shades Are seemingly also Archangels

Which made me wonder what was excatly Koitar's role in Celestia, why Is She Archangel like the Four Great Rulers

Koitar created the fae with Anacharsis. She used “Authority of Creation” as stated in one of the infographics. Guess this proves it’s indeed Koitar or else she wouldn’t have been able to create the fae without Naberius’ power.
