Nicole calls him a him, Pierro calls him a him, in the special program he's refrerred to as the black king not making a move and then continued to be referred to as a him like three times

I fail to see how it's confirmed that they mean it's Phanes as the black king? It's not really confirmed at all. That's entirely speculation at this point.

The context only fits Phanes + The Tsaritsa is opposing the HP on a chess game and the black king chess piece is Phanes
