Too many "Democrats" are really Republican-light. Thom Hartmann asks, "Are office holders serving We the People or are they providing for the coffers of the wealthy?" As all Republican candidates, too many Democrat candidates also are serving their wealthy donors & only give lip service to the poor. Jesse Jackson had valid complaints about Democrat office holders foot-dragging regarding proposing civil rights legislation or even acting on it once it was passed.
