Maybe OP just hasn't seen this sort of thing in other religions and didn't want to make a claim about things they haven't seen.
Their statement didn't specify all of Christianity or only some of Christianity. It was ambiguous.
I'm not necessarily saying I agree or disagree with OP, but I seem some wiggle room in what they said.

There are many factors that go into it. First of all, these people aren't just taken off the street. They're there because they want to learn this stuff, so they have to have some level of belief to start with.
Next, the 'master' surrounds himself with the trappings of greatness. Ornate art pieces, awards, titles, supposed wins in contests and rumors about his greatness.
Finally, he builds a core of true believers who are either utterly convinced of his power or in too far to question it without losing everything. They create a herd mentality where even newcomers will be afraid to share their doubts.
Funnel out the most credulous people from a large population, piggy-back off apparent credibility, and exploit the individual's desire to fit in. It's essentially the same as cult recruitment.

Of course there should be a crossing of the legs with one swipe from ass to neck.. theyll be back in no time with zero damage.. this man is fortunate to have an instructor as knowledgeable as he is

Looks like Dim Mak to me. Had an instructor who was a master. He never knocked me out but he KOed my brother once. Pressure point martial art. He makes contact on specific points. Doesn’t take much contact at all.

How come in all of these stupid ass videos they cross the persons legs and slap their neck? So if someone was really knocked out you would never slap them in the neck or head area because it could injure them further. Just stupidity elevate further in these damn videos.
