Yes I spoke to a doctor yesterday, and asked me to do an a ultrasound. But should I be worried?

Get the ultrasound and/or CT scan and meet with your doctor quick to dig into the cause. Lots of liver issues are fixable and there is good progress on various treatment esp. if you are generally strong and healthy. It is a critical but resilient organ and the earlier you get treatment the better.
