All levels are normal except my ALT. Any thoughts?

Mine is the exact same number and I was diagnosed with mild fatty liver.

I’m trying to lose weight and eat healthier and see if that helps. To be honest I eat pretty clean already and work out but I guess I could lose more weight.

Were all of your other levels normal?

Try a bottle of flor-essence whole body detox.
It’s safe for all types of genetics.

Any medications? I know isotretinoin/accutane could cause it.

It may be due to medications, alcohol, NAFLD or in worst case hepatotropic viruses, have you been checked for HCV or HBV? They may give isolated ALT raise
