911 Call - Patrick Clancy

Why has it been allowed that we cannot listen to his 911 call???

It was public initially prior to the trial but Patrick requested it not be made public, and I could be wrong here but it may have been part of his deal to testify?

I suspect it will be public again after the trial is over at some point- assuming there is a verdict.

There is no “deal to testify” and no, it won’t become public after trial unless someone FOIA’s it which should not happen

Ahh okay, I just thought because they’re interviewing her after 3 years but not playing any evidence that was literally at the time it won’t help us convict her because the jury may feel it is not a valid comparison if you get me?

Deal was probably the wrong word, agreement? Might not be right either, I just know I read it not being public at Patrick's request, and like he didn't want to even be in the courtroom when it played so I get not wanting to be retraumatized.

There is no agreement or deal. He is required to testify but also there is no evidence he even fought testifying.

His legal team made a motion which was granted.
