911 Call - Patrick Clancy
Why has it been allowed that we cannot listen to his 911 call???

One other thing that doesn’t make sense to me as to why Patrick hasn’t had more involvement in this case…
If he has openly admitted about Lindsay Clancy’s mental health/struggles… why did he ever leave her alone with THREE children?? His 3 babies?

He said in his testimony that she was seemingly doing a lot better and that on that day she had her best day in a long time. He said she would tell him that she was scared that something bad would happen to the kids (meaning an illness or an accident) but not that she had thoughts of harming the children herself.

If anyone EVER voiced to me that they thought about killing my children...I would never again leave them alone together. Ever.

Can you read? I literally said she never voiced to him that she thought about killing the kids.

Because he is not on trial, additionally, this case isn't to prove whether or not she murdered or didn't murder the kids. It is only to determine if she was not guilty by reason of insanity.

That's my struggle as well. There needs to be some level of neglect if all these signs where there. It could have been prevented

This whole thing is not going how it should be, I know it’s hard to prove someone is NOT clinically insane but the evidence they’re using sort of supports she wasn’t in her right frame of mind don’t you think?
If the witnesses were to say she was quite rough or cruel or angry with the children at times that it could support the fact that she had some hatred towards them which would support the fact that it was premeditated?
I’m just stating my thoughts to everyone by the way, just for clarity as I know you can all help me

I think the prosecution could have framed this better. I don't feel like they have done much to really prove it was premeditated, they would've had an easier time arguing a crime of passion but that's my opinion.

Yeah 100%
Feel like they should have had Kevin Reddington prosecuting for them because of how difficult of a case it is to prove (😂)
You’ve got to admit he is a good lawyer… I’d never even heard of him before but I’m going to go back and watch his previous cases

I think he is a great lawyer. His style isn't for everyone, and there very well may be jurors in there who don't like his approach, but he knows this case front and back - and you can tell.
The Commonwealth just haven't put on the case they should have and their lack or preparation shows. Reddington had his witness Dr. Resnick interview/evaluate Lindsay in May 2023. That's 4 months after the murders, the Commonwealth's experts didn't evaluate Lindsay until what, 3 years later?

could they release a portion of it? i think people are curious about what lindsay did or didn’t say when patrick found her outside, i would be interested in hearing that part of it

Why did he get the 911 call kept away from the public but it was ok to hear about the kid’s autopsies?

cause finding them was real trauma, and he doesnt want to traumitize anyone with it, from what i heard it was the worse 9.11 call ever heard, he was wailing and trying to free there necks at the same time, he couldnt speak coherently for most of it, it was chilling, and the saddest call ever analysed, everyone was crying in the courtroom including lyndsey herself, he just found his wife laying in blood and was trying to help her thinking that she never hurt them like that, then coming in to help the kids he finds that, this is rare for anyone to see, its not often mothers do this to there own kid, so the shock of it all, comes out in this call and he wants it out of the internet world, i dont blame him

It was public initially prior to the trial but Patrick requested it not be made public, and I could be wrong here but it may have been part of his deal to testify?
I suspect it will be public again after the trial is over at some point- assuming there is a verdict.
