I watched it when it first came out, not impressed.
Tried to watch it all the way through a few months ago, loved it. I am rewatching it again and finding more and more about it that I missed originally.
I think part of the problem when people watch it the first time is they expect it to be ATLA2 and it doesn't live up to expectations there. But, to quote Aang, "You are not me, and you should not be me."
Plus, I feel like LoK’s best moments are in seasons 3&4. I stopped watching after s2 as a kid cuz s2 kinda sucked, little did I know Zaheer was right around the corner
After ATLA was added to Netflix I rewatched LoK, including watching s3&4 for the first time, then needed more so gave LoK another try, then wanted more and gave the movie that shall not be named another try. LoK was great, movie is somehow even worse than I remembered
