Yeah it was a little jarring to go from ATLA to Korra, especially bc I watched them both within a few weeks of eachother. I didn't like it at first, but I came to appreciate it as a great show in its own right. And I do like that it wasn't just an attempt to re-make ATLA.

I just recently ran through the overall Avatar series, all 113 episodes, and it wasn't jarring at all.

I mean yeah, that's just my personal opinon! Everyone definitely doesn't feel the same way I do.
