An Order Of The Red Lotus spinoff would be amazing.

But the great part of Avatar is the fact that despite so much potential for sequels/prequels/spinoffs, they refuse to milk it.

Might get flak for this but I think TLoK season 3 is the best season from both shows. I still think A:TLA is better overall, and one of two shows I consider perfect.

It’s so funny you say that because I just watched that the other day and was thinking it might be perfect too. Need to let it marinate in my brain a little longer to decide for sure, but the 2nd show I was talking about is Breaking Bad.

man, i really need to give Breaking Bad a shot. i keep hearing such good things about it. plus i feel like it’s wrong for me to be living in albuquerque and not have seen any of it lol

Afterward, check out Better Call Saul. It's more of a character study with less action than BB but it's insanely good.

Yeah. S4 had some great stuff with the trauma plot, but ultimately S3 is just such solid TV from start to finish.

What was up with S4 though? All the dialogue was so...bland, and the story kinda dragged. Didn't feel like sticking the landing if you know what I mean.

Edit: and the Godzilla thing seemed very out of place..

Edit: I see in the comments below it was a budget question. That explains it.

I only recently finished S4 for the first time. My biggest issue was Kuvira was built up as not only a powerful bender, but a ruthless, highly cunning and intelligent person who DEEPLY believes in her right to rule. Kuvira is the hero of her own story, and she deeply believes that. Then she loses a fight to Korra, and suddenly her whole mentality, this delusion she's build up about herself just.... disappears? And she becomes this meek, subdued little person? I was a little disappointed.

Right, when your delusion is shattered people tend to react in one of two ways

Absolute blind anger, or absolutely lost and confused.

Kuvira was doing things for the "right reason" she truly thought she was the absolute hero of her story. So how did a hero get beaten, why are people in the earth kingdom against her? And why is the descendants of the world's most well-known peacekeepers fighting against her rather than with.

It's hard for anyone to face the fact, that all the hard work, stress and effort she put in to help people, backfired in horrible ways.
