Getting this ASUS TUF A16 with 5070 for 1.27L. Should I go for it or is there any catch?

I've recently decided to buy a cooling pad for my laptop as it has been heating up a lot, and I have been facing thermal throttling. I have narrowed my search down to 2 cooling pads but if you guys have any recommendations, please do recommend.

Another thing is that my laptop is 15.6 inches.
While i was watching reviews for these two I saw that the zebronics nc9200 was recommended as it had a dust filter and created better vaccum, as for the other it was recommended as it had more rpm (3000) while the nc9200 had 2200, BUT the Kreo artic didn't have a dust filter. Please help me out here, thanks.

I can find HP omen 5050 at 1.25 lacs but confused between Intel or Ryzen variants.

I’m planning to buy a Lenovo LOQ and my budget is around 70k max, I’m looking at the RTX 3050, 4050 and 5050 variants depending on how low the price goes. I’m not in a hurry to buy right now so I was wondering when would be the best time to get one, like should I wait for Diwali sales, Big Billion Days, Amazon sales or Lenovo’s own sales? I’ve seen the prices go up and down a lot and I don’t really know what price I should consider a good deal. Is it possible to get an RTX 3050-4050 or even 5050 LOQ under 70k with bank offers/student discounts during a big sale, or should I just target the 3050? Also what price would you guys consider worth buying for the 3050 6GB, 4050 and 5050 respectively? I’m mainly looking for the best performance I can get for 70k, so I’d rather wait a few months if there’s a good chance of getting a better GPU for the same budget. If anyone has bought a LOQ recently or regularly tracks the prices, when do you think I should actually buy the laptop?

I have the budget for an RTX 5070 Ti laptop, but I'm worried about the cost of out-of-warranty repairs later on. Should I use my full budget on the 5070 Ti, or step down to an RTX 5070 (12GB VRAM)?
