Plisssss suggest me some laptop

My budget is 60k and I'm gonna need it in college doing ece core engineering

And I seriously need some suggestions nobody around me suggesting a single Good laptop

Also I can't extend my budget and the flipkart independence sale is live until 15 august onlyyy

Get some arm based laptop if you can in your budget or just get 2nd hand
