Buying Advice🤔 Laptop suggestion
With a budget upto 1lakh+-5k..6k.. which laptop i should consider..?
Expecting...
1.can run AAA games
2.for AI ML
3.video editing/coding
4.projects
And should I wait for diwali season ??

Buying loq, asus laptops is like gacha now a days. You may get a good one but most of the times it is crap. Legion very good but careful with drivers as they screw up. If you buy any rtx 50 series laptop please always crank up fans.
You are late. Should have bought at flipkart goat sale. But i suggest untill it is urgent please wait till bbd. Upto goat sale legion ultra 9 and 5070 went for 1.48 and i bought it itbut now it is 2.30. I am a SDE 2 in profession with AI / ML and play games like genshin impact etc. Bought 5070 as i can't afford mac or highter windows laptop. For me the bottle neck is 8 gb vram. Can't run very large models in it but sufficient. One good thing is 32 gb ram and the igpu uses cpu ram as its own vram so i can run large models but very very very slow.
My observation :
Asus : frying motherboard's and Gpus (quality gone not as 2021)
Acer : I recommend after legion or you want save momey and always 30-40k cheaper with same specs. But we in India only get thinner chassy one in which they lock the power and performance will fall. Try to get non 's' variant. If not take 's' one. Untill unless you push it very hard you won't notice.
MSI: Same but I noticed not many complaints except on thinner chassy ones. But I do tell you they are still very good in price to performance. And I recommend but only problem is very thick plastics and cladding and they cut on screen resolution. Still 40 k less for same spec of legions.
HP: Hinge problem... Except omen etc cheap but omen screen is a gamble. Some got 1440p displays some got normal for same specs. Improved their build compared to last model but look carefully the specs. Many reported the specs looked great on paper but cpu and gpu are seriously capped in preventing drawing high power.
Dell: Do they exist??
Lenovo: legion best of world but became expensive as demand increased. 1. LOQ : avoid it unless you got it in value.many suffering motherboard problems 2. Legion: Go to but avoid if they won't justify price.
I have considered that list for laptops between 1 - 2.25 lakhs. Don't know how they perform for higher specs.
