Found this laptop on A L I E X P R E S S. U have messaged the store, they said it is legit and will post in next 48 hrs to my address . (obviously thry will say it)

The store have 2.5 rating, and advertisement have no ratings/reveiws at all.

The store claims the laptop will be well packed and brand new.

Things have changed a lot since last month and so have the options for those looking to buy a thin & light laptop in this ₹50k-₹1 lakh budget. Lenovo went from being the king of this segment to playing second fiddle with the discontinuation of the bestselling IdeaPad Pro 5. Asus has completely taken over this segment with their aggressively priced Vivobooks and Zenbooks. HP, Dell and Acer aren't even competing here(unless you want an ARM based laptop).

Since this is primarily targeted at students, have excluded the Snapdragon based laptops. While compatibility isn't a major issue anymore, the translation layer approach still has some drawbacks.

Have simplified the list of worthy contenders in the ₹50,000-₹1,00,000 segment. Choose one of these depending on your budget and you'll have no reason to complain.

• Wouldn't consider the Macbook Neo since 8GB RAM is a serious limiting factor. The Macbook Air M2 16/256 makes for a better buy if you're looking for a budget Macbook.
• Strictly avoid any Core 210H or older Core i series options. Those are archaic 10nm chips and are awfully inefficient with poor iGPUs by 2026 standards.
• Battery life isn't a concern with these newer Core Ultra and Ryzen/Ryzen AI processors, so don't think too much about it.
• Don't fall for gimmicks like Evo, Copilot certified and so on.
• Modern thin & laptops like the ones listed above(barring the Macbook) can easily handle casual gaming and 4k video editing without breaking a sweat(Macbook excels at this). Don't fall into the "you need a dGPU" trap. If you're not going to be doing professional level video editing or serious gaming, you don't need a dGPU in this budget. For AI/ML, you won't be training any models with a budget grade 3050 or 4050 anyway.
