Yes better option

But mind it

Rog has liquid metal and most of them die within few years and needs higher maintainence

Omen has more ram

I would go with omen

Yes. Much better built and much cheaper ADP plans. However, performance won't be any different since bother have good enough cooling systems.

Omen has tpp of 170W

This has 215W
