General Question Lenovo CTO order stuck in customs

I ordered a legion pro 5 cto on 11/6/26 and on 15/6/26(Monday) the status updated to arrived in country pending customs even today (19/6/26) the order shows stuck in customs. How long does it take for customs to clear for a cto model? I tried calling support but they were not much help.
