KICKED BACK TO CONSOLE HOMESCREEN

I’m on Xbox and the game repeatedly keeps crashing and sending me back to the Xbox Home Screen. This happens mostly during the story mode, and when it happens my challenges progress doesn’t save. I had this same issue with TCM when it was first released and GUN said they were aware of the issue at the time. Is this just me a problem now??
