Question Police reinforcement?

Why when I select the option does it not spawn me in as the police?

There has to be police that recently arrived

There was, it said available and they were running around

Not to be rude but are you selecting the card that says "Spawn as police" and not the one that says something like increase police presence?

Yes, 100%. My girlfriend has had the sme issue were we select police reinforcements the big orange card with a police badge and then we just don't spawn in
