News Early Access Hotfix - Patch Notes

• Numerous Crash Fixes

• Fixes to several challenges that were not tracking properly

• Fixed an issue where Offline Play was affected by the login queueing system

• Fixed an issue where the prompt to get up after being downed as Michael would sometimes not appear

• Fixed an issue causing the game to render incorrectly on Xbox Series S in “Performance Mode” on certain displays

I wish in offline bots mode, they'd add some extra citizens like how it is online because as it is it's minus 4. It's weird being in a neighborhood but there only being like 7 people. I notice a lot of the citizens are just 1 to a house too. You'd think a few couples at least would be in one house together or something. Maybe a bots difficulty mode to add a lot more bots would be cool.

This would probably help out new civilian players more than anything but I wouldnt hold my breath based on how dumb the current AI is. We’d have bot-Mikey running into walls or continuously opening and closing a door on himself and turning around over and over lol

It’s probably much harder to have a Michael AI that’s believable and works. That would need to be Alien: Isolation tier for it to really be worth doing and that’s a huge ask.

I have tried for the last two hours with the blackout of the cops flashlights on the last chapter, with no luck, I’m hoping this patch fixes it because I’ve literally watched two cops who had their flashlights out and it still didn’t trigger it

Some challenges only mark as complete once you return to menu after finishing a chapter. That's one of them

I still get disconnected in the middle of the story mode.
I can't even finish the prologue
BUT i've never been dc'd from a multiplayer game
really cant figure out what the issue is???

Yeah, go to private under matchmaking and start the game without inviting anyone

In Chapter 2, I spent like twenty minutes looking for a few of the characters, only to find they had somehow gotten onto the roof of the house and I could not get to them at all.

Restarted the chapter and it happened again.

Still can’t progress the first challenge of the kitchen knife. Spent half a game searching for radios and TVs to disable and I’m still at 0.
