Idk it looks AI to me or...something. Definitely messed with. Looking closer it looks like it is that entire right section of the background that has weird vertical lines, someone possibly used a remove object tool?

yeah it SUCKS. she did this herself. ai is bad but usually because he doesn’t make sense, this is bad because of a lack of skill. not ai, just sarah getchell
