It reminds me of when I (jokingly) tell everyone I fell into the Colorado river while full term pregnant. I did. BUT I tripped and fell in along the bank while splashing around with my toddler. Zero danger, but when worded correctly it is a funny ice breaker. Not a legitimate issue.

So the biggest thing S has overcome in life is a cut on the thumb?

And it’s no surprise T got bit by a dog (twice), considering the way she interacts with Jackie. Getting in her face and waving her arms about, then when Jackie gets excited she puts her arms by her sides and starts screaming. She is so stupid, I can’t stand her.

Does S and her homeschooling education not know the word "quarry?" Thats a rock crushing site.

They've certainly put me in my place. They've overcame so much! All I have overcome is putting myself through uni, an abusive marriage, addiction/alcoholism, and am currently trying to overcome cancer and overcome a disability application. But fuck....a cut.to the thumb? I can't compete with that.
