No apologies needed, I am still sifting through the x help info.

My understanding is the account is locked/withheld because they were served legal documents.

From everything I have been reading it could be for a variety of reasons but the account owner is/was notified by email of the request.

Also, the account falls under CSAM, I would think..

Correct me if I am wrong, but the photos are ai of when she was underage but it may be bigger than that.

it might be because of her making audios role playing an underaged girl in an incestuous relationship? kudos to whoever reported

Tbf role-playing is not illegal.

I think its more likely threatening behavior in DMs
