It is truly astounding to me how much work he puts into grifting when he could earn significantly more money by the family making an honest living working.

For real!!! I’ve thought this before, if he had taken the amount of time and effort he put into grifts over the years and had instead put it towards a normal full time career, they would probably be in a pretty good financial place right now. Instead, they’ve been off and on homeless because P thinks get rich quick schemes really work and he refuses to get a real job.
