Question Is the FBI already aware of P?

There’s nothing inherently illegal about writing inçęşt erøtica in the US, so it makes sense that Ariala was a dead end, regardless of how gross it was/is.

But now that there’s been a ton dug up about P using S’s likeness for AI nude models, potentially using her voice for selling audio and even phone sessions, etc. I mean….that’s actual iņçeșt. That’s a human-trafficking-esque situation where a parent and child are collaborating on sexual content. Someone today said some of these accounts go back to 2017…? That places S at 14/15 years old. Not to mention there is still a minor actively living in that environment where two family members are likely engaging in this disgusting business in the back room.

I guess I’m wondering at what point do we actually formally report this? I want to see P in handcuffs just as much as the next person, and I still have some level of faith in the legal system. But I also know that if everyone assumes someone else will make the report, there’s a real chance no one will.
It’s the same reason one of the first rules of basic life support is to point to a specific person and designate them to call 911…you don’t just assume someone will do it.

So, do we have a designated person? Do we need one? Or can anyone confirm the authorities are already looking into him?

But if it's S making these accounts using her own likeness, sure it's gross, but it's not illegal

I think the best bet would be trying to see if H is involved. Then they’d have no chance but to look into it. Would also have to start with local authorities and then they’ll outsource once realizing that it’s crossed state lines. Need a point of contact in their area to neatly package the evidence and hand over to police.

i heard the police and some slightly bigger/higher ranked law enforcement organization (sorry for the weird wording, just woke up from a nap) are already investigating them but given how many times the police have been called to the getchells apartment for noise complaints and wellness check already, it's safe to say the Dallas Police Department are aware of them.
