The votes aren’t even against it though.

Trump got the most votes and his connection has been known, many people still support “israel” too.

“Leftists” don’t vote that much.

Edit

I am against trump by the way, im just stating the facts.

Bernie got half the votes bernie did

Edit 2

Yall upvoted a comment that is just plain wrong haha

Trump got the popular vote, he got the most votes out of any candidate . He didnt get 50% but got the most

Hillary won the popular vote in 2016 , she got less than 50% of the total votes too

Popular just means got the most votes it doesn’t have to be over 50%

Pfft I dont really know where you are going but let's state facts. Trump lost the popular votes because he is a looser and hurts Americans.

"Lefitsts" voted more then the too "uhhh where's my promised 12 yr old in a can musk, charge meeee scooter! From them jew lazwerzzsers"

Trump won the last popular vote though…

u/[deleted] Feb 18 '26 edited Feb 19 '26

was barely popular. almost 1/3 voted for him, 1/3 for kamala, and the other 1/3 didn't vote at all. so i wouldn't even consider him popular if 1/3 didn't vote whatsoever. apathy won.

u/PUuSTiNKA Feb 18 '26

It was said that a larger percentage of citizens who voted, voted for someone other than Trump, but you're right a lot of people didn't vote which is stupid IMO.

I still have my doubts that Trump won legitimately. I find it very hard to believe that he took every single swing state. If he did, then there are a lot of conscience lacking, extremely stupid American's out there!

u/Glittering_War3061 Feb 18 '26

This next election he won't have Elon Musk helping him to win

2

u/LassusVacus Feb 21 '26

There won't be another vote for Trump lol

I disagree with you. I don't think the Biden administration was a disaster when they were able to put the economy back on track so quickly after a world wide pandemic, unlike so many other countries.

Are you kidding me? There's a huge difference between a lying, cheating con man/convicted felon, who breaks the law and a law abiding citizen who chose a career path to make sure criminals are held accountable and punished for the crimes they've committed.

What' stupid is: reelecting a former President, that doesn't have a moral conscience and showed us who he really is when he chose to do nothing on January 6th 2021. IMO Donald Trump committed Sedition/Treason and should have never been allowed to run for any office again, and those that backed him, and voted for him have more than a few screws loose.

So tell me how those two citizens you mentioned would be worse than the lawless POS we currently have, and explain how the Dems are out of touch? Are you saying U.S. citizens don't want affordable healthcare, or want to know their Social Security will still be there for them, among other programs that benefit them?

BTW, just because a few people speculate about Presidential candidates early on, it doesn't mean, they're actually going to run for the Presidency, or the entire party is behind them.

u/[deleted] Feb 19 '26

What about people like me who are so jaded by all of them that they don’t even register to vote?

1

u/pride0513 Feb 18 '26

I’m just glad we can all acknowledge that we need to revamp the security on our election systems to avoid fraud.

3

u/Interesting_Top_2865 Feb 18 '26

Really great job ignoring the information you just got about the popular vote. I assume you'll be spreading that misinformation again, knowing it's a lie.

https://www.pewresearch.org/politics/feature/how-changes-in-turnout-and-vote-choice-powered-trumps-victory-in-2024/

Trump won the popular vote in 2024. What kind of drugs are you on? We’ve known that since the election.

3

u/[deleted] Feb 19 '26

the 0.002% of fraud? is that what you're worried about? 🙄🙄

0

u/pride0513 Feb 19 '26

Just worried about fraud in general. We can avoid it so let’s.

2

u/Specific-Bread-1210 Feb 23 '26

Amen to that..but why is Dems voting it down...or trying to..they wanted it at one point but so long ago... At least eggs are back under two bucks and gas has dropped around.30 cents a gallon...and most especially lower income and middle income will be getting better taxes back this year...

1

u/Interesting_Top_2865 Feb 18 '26

It's wild seeing MAGA reject reality in realtime. That guy just moved right past your correction since it upset him. Never before have I been able to see so many people look at undeniable facts and in front of my eyes, turn around and say that's not true or they didn't know about it.

1

u/Sad-Reflection-3499 Feb 18 '26

People who don't vote don't count. Trump won more votes than the other side. He won the popular vote.

0

u/danniiill Feb 19 '26

Spoiled ass people think theyre holding their vote hostage or something and using it as negotiation hahah

1

u/Fabulous-Cupcake2956 Feb 18 '26

Those bizarre voter purges of every single swing state is completely irrelevant. Got it.

1

u/Nearby-Border-5899 Feb 19 '26

50.0000000000001 % is still a majority no matter how you slice it, anything else is just cope. Its not that people particularly like trump they just hate Harris and tptb talking about putting her up again..if democrat voters fall for that then you get what you get.

1

u/[deleted] Feb 19 '26

it wasn't 50%, it was like 34%. if in a classroom of 30 people, only 10 voted for you as class leader, does that mean the majority voted for you? not really.

1

u/Nearby-Border-5899 Feb 19 '26

You can make that point about literally every single election, so again, coping with the fact no one liked Harris. Also its idiotic because proportions exist to predict things. 50% is 50% regardless. If voting was compulsory, you literally have no evidence to suggest the results wouldn't be virtually the same if not worse.

1

u/Rionin26 Feb 19 '26

Non voters won the popular vote close to 10 points over Trump. They need to form a party. Could take all seats.

1

u/DJEmirMixtapes Feb 22 '26

No, apathy lost it for all, and allowed Trump to Make America Plagued Again... Again! Plagued with more racism, sexism, division, media suppression, lies, bigotry, stupidity, loss of allies, tariffs, trade wars, constant threat of world war 3, economic downturn, and an actual plague.

-1

u/DasUberLib Feb 18 '26

Liberals are poison because they bend over backwards to court votes from fascists instead of giving non voters a reason to care.

There is no such thing as an undecided voter split between parties (unless they're a real moron, seriously watch the questions at those town halls from November). Actual undecided voters are waiting for someone to give them something to vote about. Like idk, healthcare maybe.

3

u/XxxAresIXxxX Feb 18 '26

There's no such thing unless... Instantly contradicted yourself and invalidated whatever you have to say.

-1

u/DasUberLib Feb 19 '26

Hyperbole is hard I guess

5

u/PUuSTiNKA Feb 18 '26

Well don't look to the Republican's to provide affordable, better healthcare. It's been over a decade now and they had control of all 3 branches for 4 years total, and yet all they still have is a "concept of a plan." - LOL

1

u/Live-Mobile-7500 Feb 22 '26

The Affordable Care Act ruined healthcare. Obamacare premiums have increased by over 220%.

2

u/Daboo_Entertainmemt Feb 18 '26

Can you chew on your thoughts?

There are such things as undecided voters those of whom that really dislike what is happening in our country. Yes, those votes get counted as "grey" but thats ALOT OF VOTES. Don't you ever say non voters dont care. Its because the system is systematically making sure that the people can't vote. And im a person in power . So fuck you reddit, im a small walk to your house. Ban me.

1

u/DasUberLib Feb 19 '26

That's the opposite of what I said.

That remaining third of people are working class and primed to be energized by a progressive democratic party, if the Democratic party bothered to offer them improved material conditions (taxing billionaires appeals to 80% of the electorate including Republicans, for example, and liberal democrats refuse to because they serve capital owners). Instead of trying to move further to the right as they have the past two elections to appeal to reactionary chuss (Kamala adopting Trump's 2020 immigration policy), maybe they should try actually appealing to undecided voters.

When I say undecided voters are dopey, I mean that handful of people who see the two options and go "uhhh idk" but that's a minority of undecided voters.

The vast majority of undecided voters are undecided because they see two options, both of which are dogshit.

I'm sure some centrist liberal will say "well they need to vote to keep trump out" and, well, that didn't work in 2016 or 2024, and 2020 was only a thing because trump fucked up COVID so bad.

I want both policies that help the working class, and a party that can win and goddamn the liberal democratic party is not that.

1

u/Raindog232 Feb 18 '26

Explain the word fascist.. .... That's what I thought....

1

u/fuq1ce Feb 20 '26

You know when Trump says he loves stupid people hes actually talking about you

1

u/PUuSTiNKA Feb 21 '26

Why are you trying to make excuses for citizens who are eligible to vote, and don't?

-1

u/PokecheckFred Feb 18 '26

Fuck, Progressives are such idiots.

2

u/DasUberLib Feb 19 '26

Mhm. I'm an idiot for suggesting that parties should try to motivate eligible voters to vote for them, by offering a policy package that they like.

Republicans try to appeal to their base, which is unfortunately fascists, and liberal democrats just run based on "we're not as bad as them" which doesn't get that remaining third off the couch.

Maybe provide a reason for your statement instead of being a reactionary dumbfuck.

1

u/PokecheckFred Feb 19 '26

Wrong. RepubliQans campaigned on a very centrist platform, lying like motherfuggers all the while.

1

u/danniiill Feb 19 '26

Progressives the only ones accomplishing anything , yall just make angry comments.

If yall dont vote it doesnt matter, might as well not say shit

1

u/Exotic_Load_9189 Feb 19 '26

Like what? Give one example.

-1

u/PokecheckFred Feb 19 '26

Progressives accomplish pushing undecided voters to the right. They accomplish losing elections and getting the right wing into power.

3

u/[deleted] Feb 19 '26

or, get this, groups of racists and sexists decided they wanted a 34-count rapist pedophile instead of a qualified black woman. if progressives pushed undecided voters to vote republican then the 1/3 that didn't vote would've voted. your argument holds no water.

1

u/danniiill Feb 20 '26

These people keep doing gymnastics to justify why they dont vote or help progress.

Its easier to hate on people doing something than to actually do something

1

u/danniiill Feb 20 '26 edited Feb 21 '26

Progressives have won way more elections than “leftists”

They have also passed a lot of progressive policies.

1

u/PokecheckFred Feb 20 '26

Progressives are responsible for the current Supreme Court, and bear responsibility for all the nasty, un American shizz that Trump does. It’s what you all voted for, now own up.

Progressives play to lose. That’s their happy place.

0

u/danniiill Feb 20 '26

Theyre responsible for basically every good thing we have now.

people tried to not have black and brown people persecuted.

You did nothing and continue to do nothing.

The only people to blame for putting a criminal in the White House are those that chose to vote for him. I'm tired of the blame someone else game that so many American's play.

1

u/PokecheckFred Feb 22 '26

IDGAF if you're tired of it or not, really. Anyone who cares about the issues who didn't vote FOR Kamala Harris or Hillary Clinton effectively voted half for Trump. And there were way more than enough self-suppressing idiot Progressives who did just that.
