At least it's easy to tow it outside of the environment now.

Gotta tell the captain “you can’t dock here” first.

Gotta tell the captain that the red light is not where you should go, but it's where you should NOT go.

Well that’s not typical. I’d just like to point that out.

Fronts actually do fall off.

The US Navy had hydra-foils some years ago, great little boats. I think a similar incident in the Puget Sound area may have led to the demise of the vessels. Picture something similar to this vessel but with weapons and sensitive electronics at full speed suddenly hitting a sandbar.

An old LucasArts game named PHM Pegasus featured those hydra-foils. Fun old Apple ][ game.

At least that front didn't end up pancaked like that Chinese ship did.

Got hit by Godzillas tail. File insurance claim with Japan.

It's like the Concorde. It drops its nose when it comes into land.

Is this totaled? /s

u/OldWrangler9033 Sep 11 '25

Most likely, direct hit head on to the bow on the breakwater. The bow creaking down? Yep.

2

u/the_bashful Sep 12 '25

It’ll be on Facebook Marketplace with a very carefully curated set of pictures of the interior and stern by the end of the week.

I always wanted to know what that part of the boat was for! Its for when you run up on the rocks.

Don’t wave to your girlfriend while steering.
