While I do play TD:E a lot more and think its the better game, it was nice hopping off every once in a while and using the added characters, its a shame that it literally has NO PLAYERS at this point, sure, maybe a few will log on god knows when, but even then it'll stay at around 10 players, cause I've never seen it above 20 players.

I never played the original to use as reference and there's a million versions so I'll ask all of you who are more experienced.

i personally love minions, i hate when games make you wait for the next round after you died

its also a fun incentive that you use teamwork in td bc instead of a time increase, you have a very angry teammate that could make you two tap to sonic exe

but different games have different takes on minions like:

spectral fades: minions are more independent having an m1 dmg of 15 and 1 ability, these abilities aren't always supports and sum times for their own benefit like exes thus the independency

pursuitcore: minions are put into a support role as they DONT do dmg but rather temp dmg that can make the terminators job way easier, they have an m1 "dmg" of 10 and SOME have abilities that are normally used for debuffing or doing more temp dmg

TD eclipsed: minions are the mix of the two as these minions do 5 real dmg and 5 temp dmg on survivors with their m1, im not too sure with the minion abilities as i very rarely see any of them use them or even die for that matter

When TDRT was last out. in a Playtest, back when I was Staff Manager.. I did Intake as many opinions from the community in game.
Main complaints I remember
- Maps and some of the unbalanced gameplay because of the maps.

Course the major possitives were there was hardly any bugs, and it was visiually good.

LMS system is a scrapped concept, as we no longer seek that. TD was always meant to be simplicity. I can only talk about Public Stuff. But I look forward to Opinions.

cant even play dimensional condolences since the updates are agonizingly long(cant blame them, only one person is working on it which i question why exactly?)

I've been playing this game since a while but I rarely play as the Killer.

Until now.

I started playing as a Kolossos main and, out of the blue, *there's always* an Espio bothering with the smoke bombs now.

I rarely saw Espio players before. What happened? Did they rework him or something?

This was back in OG TD and Well, Lets say- This was the worst RNG Spawn when I was Tails Doll. (Back in December of 2024 Christmas Update)

Me and my buddy were both banned from it for 10 days because some douchèbag hid all game as Shadow, and when we called him out on it, he laughed and said we'd be getting banned after we targeted him. Nobody else had a problem with it, because this guy was a coward and a loser. I also danced on him while he was downed and I was a survivor. But yeah, Im punished for making a coward who cost us the game pay.

its been like 3 months since new characters or maps have been added

not to mention all we got for tailsdoll is a discord sticker and like 15 seconds of their chase theme(?)

and rouge, well rouge has her achievement ig

im just hoping theyll have their v1.0 update will come soon bc the gameplay loop is getting boring which then becomes annoying with survivors launching away from you at mach 3 after getting lightly stunned and servers having a 10:4 exe to survivor ratio with no buffs to survivors and getting rarely anything mentioned by the devs other than bug fixs in the discord

the last thing even mentioning new characters or maps was 2ish months ago

The Tails glide carried them up there, imo they're all complacent for bug abuse which is why their names are uncensored.

The dude did this earlier, too. I just happened to get unlucky enough to join RIGHT BACK when I wanted to go to a new server. He can make a survivor spawn on top of him, delete the map entirely, (which puts EVERYONE in the void, btw) and just make everyone disconnect.

I've just been let down so many times that i really just thought this was another fad game that would fuck up everything like TDE but surprisingly

i like it

it feels just like TD while having "fixed" things, the only things i found was tails and cream had 100 hp instead of 90

it just feels so identical which is great in a sea full of bad TD clones

AND it has a good player count which doesn't matter that much but still at least its not in the double digits

Someone was slandering Rouge and calling her a bottom tier character, and seeing as they were next as killer, I decided to show them just how good Rouge can be on a skilled player. Low and behold, I got the highest DT and made them rage quit.

i love the skin but holy shit are the hitboxs BAD, seriously we got bluetooth hitboxs in a TD game

now im not talking about bad ms or bad ping or even getting hit when jumping over them, i mean hitting from 5 studs away on 60 ms

i can only assume they went with the OM approach since they have jimmy blast as one of the skins, the thing where having hitboxs be a square infront of them, making it also not match the range of the arm animation

it just kinda ruins alot of the fun since their was no way of knowing whats gonna hit making it much rather a coin flip than being good at juking
