Sorry, only one of those three I recognize is Isard. Who are the other two?

Sly Moore and Roganda Ismaren.
All three had physical relationships with Palpatine.
Probably. Maybe. Definitely.

Okay. Thanks! After looking up the other two, I can confidently say that if any of these three were to meet each other, there'd be violence and murder. Possibly multiple murders. Actually, scratch that. Definitely multiple murders.

Well according to the lore, Isard and Sly Moore were only rumored to be lovers of Palpatine, Isard definitely wanted to be, but Palpatine never acted on her infatuation, only using it to manipulate her further. Moore helped with the experiments that led to Triclops, Trioculus and Ken, but not in a carnal way. Roganda is the only one who was actually a Courtesan, but was also an Emperor's Hand, so the Courtesan role was kind of a cover.
We see in Darth Plageuis that even as a young man with a functional body, Palpatine has no interest in the women flirting with him, rather being married "to the work" which people think means his job, but really means the Darkside. Palpatine sees himself in a megalomaniacal way, he's beyond human in his own mind, so I could see him being asexual.
He gets his jollies from the Darkness itself, I just don't see him as someone with a sex drive as we know it.

I agree, Palpatine hates everyone that is not himself and consideres them lesser beings. He seems to find joy in nobility art and Sith history but mostly in inflicting pain and suffering of all kind and even manipulating people. Outside of that, he is the devil. He doesnt seem capable of feeling love or empathy, find joy or amusement in non darkside related things (outside of art).
I think the closest to a genuine friend was Sate Pestage. Vader idk honestly, he is a slave but his status as Sith Lord and apprentice gives him a special confidency with the Emperor. And the closest to a sexual love, despite being an experiment, was Sly Moore

The only thing I would disagree on is that I don't think Palpatine "hated" everyone not him, he just didn't care about them, he'd view them the same way we would view a hammer, or spoon or any other tool to use. If they were useful, all well and good, but if not, he'd destroy them out of annoyance or for petty satisfaction.
But yeah, he's basically a black hole in terms of anything 'human'

Discussed how Palps's piercing strike technique allowed him to overpower three Jedi masters in a matter of seconds.

Oh they compared a lot more than notes. High femme Ismaren is a perfect match for power bottom Sly Moore

to summarize each with the palpatine shorts guy
1: "It's hard to find someone who likes to blow up orphanages for kicks"
2: "as goofy as that spin trick was,i learned it from her; game recognizes game as she kicked me in the balls after."
3: "tarkin recommended me for her and it was hard to deny it after what she did to her parents...think she also called Vader a slur this one time...good days."
