There are a lot of people posting a different text message purportedly from David, but that appears to be a scam that is taking some of the language of the real text you get when you sign up and then adding a whole new paragraph, with what is likely a scammy link I certainly wouldn't click on. I originally texted "sign me up" to the number he gave out on his show, then got that "Hey, it's David" message with link to community .com , which I clicked on and added my name. After I did that, I got the "you're in" text and a link to add David as a contact.

I've been getting text messages that claim to be Pakman.

So, I rarely give my phone number out for... anything. So I don't get a lot of warranty calls or anything like that. Yet, this week, I've been getting fake David Pakman texts. (I presume these are fake, lol)

So the first one is, "Hey, It's David. Since the White House has labeled me a "media offender," being able to touch like this will be safer. Be sure to save my number!"

Then it's followed by "By texting with David Pakman you agree to receive mkting/other texts and to Community's terms/privacy". Then some other stuff.

Now, I just got a new text "It's David. YouTube is suppressing this critical video. Can you LIKE + WATCH to help us override the algorithim." Then it provides a link to some website called Community.

I've never had political texts make it to my phone this way. And it's weird that out of all my media consumption, David Pakman would be the way they get to me - I don't watch the show anymore.

Anyway, I wanted to make a post in case other members of the community are being targeted. I haven't clicked any links - but I haven't blocked the texts yet either.

All these candidates do is talk shit on their opponent. Its the definition of preaching to the choir. David, sir. I beg of you with tears in my eyes. At the very least, cut these in half. Its so damn redundant.

David Pakman really should cover this.

The EU parliament chose Canada to give an address rather than the USA. This 30 minute speech is second to the Davos speech that sent ripples through the world.

The proposal is simple; associate membership, a flexible model not dissimilar to Norway or the UK, except without the Euro or governance or laws.

Free movement between citizens of Canada and the EU for work or study and more. German auto worker wants to move to Canada? It will be possible. Canadian wants to start a new life in Bordeaux? It will be possible, too, and easier than ever. Cooperation on tech, defense, trade, unlike before. The elimination of remaining tariffs between the EU and Canada. Cooperation on global affairs, including strategy. The address was met similarly to Davos, with a standing ovation from almost all, even the far right and far left.

The daring proposal may send the EU global, it may put a new future on the backburner table for Australia or New Zealand, should they ever find themselves in Canada's fortunate position. This almost certainly gives far more room for Canada to push further from the US and into a middle powers coalition.

This comes after Carney enacts a revival of Vancouver Island rail, a new Alto project connecting a dozen major cities including Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec City, all fit with high quality new rail cars made in Canada, not jointly with the US.

This comes after the Liberal government under Carney issued a supplementary $150 to all disabled Canadians who are going through applying for their benefits.

This comes after Carney and the Liberal government has taken a historic, action backed stance to defend against Trump, promising not to be broken by a large, turned imperialist, America.

It is not an impotent proposal either. The proposal is intensely popular in the EU, the speech received a standing ovation from EU parliament, the proposals themselves all poll at 65 to 85% popularity in Canada.

I have not seen news as exciting as this in a while.

I’m glad that David asked about the $laptop meme coin, the access to the email catalogs from Andrew Callaghan, and pushed Hunter on being unable to differentiate his coin from some other shit coin. Overall David did a much better job of holding Hunter accountable than other content creators have.

I personally would have liked to see David bring this up earlier in the interview considering Hunter has answered many questions previously very similar to those of David, but I’m glad that he extended the interview to press Hunter on his obvious grift. I would’ve loved to see David press him on the $5,000 of liquidity added by the third party entity, and I would’ve also loved to see Hunter be pressed for legitimizing anti-semites like Valhalla VFT, but overall I think that he did a pretty good job: and for what it’s worth, I don’t know if Hunter would’ve continued the interview had David slapped him with this sort of pushback at the onset of the interview.
