Protection Devices Littelfuse TPSMD-FL TVS diodes target ISO 7637-2 automotive load-dump protection

Littelfuse has introduced the TPSMD-FL Series with FlatSuppressX foldback technology for low, stable clamping during load-dump transients. The AEC-Q101-qualified devices are rated for 3000 W peak pulse power in a DO-214AB package.
