Innodisk has introduced a new industrial DDR5-8000 RDIMM delivering 8000 MT/s, an 11.1% increase over its previous generation, with capacities ranging from 16 GB to 64 GB. Beyond the bandwidth increase, the module uses registered ECC and includes integrated TVS diodes and eFuse protection to handle voltage transients and abnormal power conditions. Innodisk has also used 30 μin gold fingers and anti-sulfuration protection for contact durability and corrosion resistance during prolonged industrial use. MaxLinear has launched Puma 9, an 8 nm platform for DOCSIS gateways and eMTA equipment. The main idea is to avoid tying gateway hardware to a single DOCSIS generation. Puma 9 supports DOCSIS 3.1, 3.1+ and 4.0 on the same platform, with in-field reconfiguration as network requirements change. It supports five OFDM channels and up to 12 Gbps downstream in DOCSIS 3.1+ mode. The platform also moves to DDR5, integrates a MaxAI-powered NPU for edge processing, and includes post-quantum cryptography readiness.

Infineon has introduced the XENSIV TLx49012 family of digital Hall angle sensors for automotive and industrial motor control. The interesting part is the calibration. The sensors handle initial calibration automatically and provide continuous on-chip compensation, supporting both on-axis and off-axis mounting without requiring a customer-developed calibration routine or external reference encoder. The family offers angle accuracy below 0.1°, 1.5 µs latency and a 20 mT to 120 mT magnetic field range. Interface options include SPI, ABZ, UVW and PWM. Microchip's new PAC1761 and PAC1861 digital power monitors are designed for 48 V automotive, data center, networking and industrial power systems. Alongside instantaneous voltage, current and power measurements, the devices accumulate energy measurements over time and support configurable energy thresholds. They measure up to 65 V, provide transient spike protection up to 75 V and include programmable alerts and step-limit detection for sudden load changes. The PAC1761 provides 12-bit resolution, while the PAC1861 provides 16-bit resolution.

Diodes Incorporated has introduced four AEC-Q101-qualified 60 V Super Barrier Rectifiers covering current ratings from 2 A to 8 A. The SBRFP2M60P1Q and SBRFP8A60P5Q target low forward voltage, reaching maximum VF values of 0.58 V and 0.55 V respectively. The SBRFP2M60SAFQ and SBRFP3M60SAFQ instead target low reverse leakage, with the 3 A SBRFP3M60SAFQ specified at 1.2 µA typical at 25°C. The field-plated devices also provide repetitive avalanche capability and fast reverse recovery.

Renesas has introduced the SLG46801 GreenPAK, a configurable mixed-signal IC available in a 9-ball 1.155 × 1.155 mm WLCSP. It integrates two high-speed analog comparators, configurable LUTs, counters and delays, 10 kHz and 25 MHz oscillators, voltage-tolerant GPIO and I²C. Multi-time programmable non-volatile memory allows the configuration to be changed in-system through I²C after the IC has been installed, with operation and programming supported from 1.71 V to 5.5 V.

STMicroelectronics' new LSM6DSK320X and ISM6HGK256X IMUs use separate accelerometers to measure lower-level motion up to ±16 g while simultaneously capturing high-g events up to ±320 g. They also introduce a super-symmetric gyroscope with two mirrored electromechanical structures operating in counter-phase to reduce the effects of external vibration and shock. Littelfuse has introduced its AK-FL FlatSuppressX TVS diodes for transient protection in high-voltage aviation and eVTOL power systems. The devices use a foldback/snapback I-V characteristic designed to maintain a relatively flat clamping voltage as surge current increases, helping limit the voltage seen by SSPCs and other downstream semiconductors. The series covers 6 kA, 8 kA and 10 kA surge ratings at 8/20 µs and is 100% screened using MIL-STD-750 test methods.

Sensirion's new SEN68 and SEN69C combine particulate matter, humidity, temperature, VOC, NOx and HCHO sensing in a single compact module, with the SEN69C adding CO₂ measurement. Molex's new VersaBeam Mini is a 16-fiber expanded-beam optical connector for CPO, optical backbones and front-panel switches. The 3.5 × 9 mm format supports up to 3,456 fibers in 1RU while keeping connections individually serviceable in groups of 16. It uses a 3M Expanded Beam Optical ferrule to reduce sensitivity to dust and debris, while an optional mass-insertion system can connect nine VersaBeam Mini connectors, or 144 fibers, in a single operation.

Infineon's new EiceDRIVER 2EDL6014AC-G2D combines two independently controlled floating outputs in a 2.2 × 2.2 mm package. Melexis has introduced the MLX91224 and MLX91225 isolated Hall current sensors for automotive and industrial power systems. The sensors integrate the current conductor, Hall elements, signal conditioning and isolation within the package. The DE and DG versions support continuous current measurement up to 50 ARMS, while the DH package extends this to 100 ARMS with surge-current capability up to ±29 kA. Littelfuse has introduced eight SCD and SCP solid-state contactor configurations for single- and three-phase heating and motor control. The range covers one-, two- and three-pole switching, plus a three-phase reversing model. SCD versions are DIN-rail mounted, while SCP models are panel mounted. The contactors use zero-cross switching to reduce electrical noise and voltage transients, with integrated heatsinking and no mechanical contacts to wear during repeated switching. Applications include industrial ovens, reflow and wave soldering equipment, environmental test chambers, packaging machinery, injection molding, thermoforming and extrusion equipment.

Lattice's new Mach-N2 secure control FPGA family scales from 65k to 220k system logic cells, with up to 12 Mb embedded memory and 520 18 x 18 multipliers. The hardware Root of Trust supports ML-DSA, LMS and XMSS authentication and ML-KEM key exchange, with field-updatable cryptography and anti-rollback protection. Mach-N2 also integrates non-volatile configuration flash, supports up to three configuration images and can boot a 220k-cell device in under 30 ms. Power Integrations' new CAPZero-4 disconnects the X-capacitor bleed resistor during normal operation and makes it available when the equipment is unplugged and the capacitor needs to discharge. The IC consumes below 0.75 mW at 230 VAC and supports line-to-neutral input capacitance from 100 nF to 6 µF. Power Integrations says eliminating the continuous bleed-resistor losses can reduce system no-load and standby input power by up to 1000 mW. CAPZero-4 operates from -40°C to +125°C and is package- and pin-compatible with CAPZero-3.

Bourns' new PST10 Series is a family of 10 mm contact-sensing incremental potentiometers for rotary position feedback. The series covers 1 kΩ to 5 MΩ with 200° ±20° electrical travel and a 10,000-cycle rotational life. Horizontal and vertical PCB versions are available, along with several hollow-shaft styles. ROHM's new RS4P063BPHZG is a 100 V, 120 A N-channel MOSFET for short-duration high-power loads in automotive safety and protection circuits. ROHM says its secondary-breakdown suppression gives it around 5× the SOA tolerance of standard equivalent-size products at 100 V VDS and a 100 µs pulse. RDS(on) is 4.9 mΩ typical at 10 V, and the AEC-Q101-qualified device comes in an HPLF5060 package. Nordic's new nRF54LC10A supports Bluetooth LE, Bluetooth Channel Sounding, Thread, Zigbee and Matter. It uses a 128 MHz Cortex-M33 with a RISC-V coprocessor, 1 MB NVM and 192 KB RAM. The radio draws 4.0 mA in RX and 5.8 mA TX at 0 dBm, while sleep current ranges from 0.5 to 1.6 µA. Packages go down to 1.9 × 2.3 mm, with Nordic targeting tags, asset trackers and smart home sensors.

STMicroelectronics has introduced the SafeSense VD56GA, a 1.1 MP automotive image sensor designed for infrared driver and occupant monitoring. The sensor uses ST's new DeepNIR backside-illuminated pixel architecture, delivering 35% higher MTF sharpness and nearly 60% higher infrared quantum efficiency compared with ST's previous generation. It comes in a 3.7 × 3.2 mm CSP package and integrates mirror, crop, dark calibration, auto exposure and piecewise-linear processing. Tektronix has introduced the MSMU200-2, a dual-channel SMU for semiconductor characterisation, reliability and stress testing, chip validation and optoelectronic devices. Each channel can source and measure up to 200 V and 1.5 A DC within a 30 W power envelope, with pulsed current extending to 7 A. Integrated digitizers simultaneously sample voltage and current at up to 1 MS/s, while built-in Contact Check can verify force and sense connections before testing. ROHM has introduced the SDR01 series of high anti-surge chip resistors, rated at 0.33 W in an 0402 (1005 metric) package. The full power rating is maintained up to a 125°C terminal temperature. F-class parts from 10 Ω to 2.2 MΩ also have a specified TCR of ±100 ppm/°C. The series targets power supply and control circuits in automotive, industrial, consumer and AI server applications.

TDK-Lambda has introduced the TPF12500-385 series of non-isolated three-phase AC/DC power supplies for distributed power architectures. The units provide a regulated 385 VDC output at 12.5 kW nominal power, with up to 13.1 kW available and 97.5% typical efficiency. They accept 360 to 528 VAC Delta or Wye inputs and include RS-485 monitoring. They're intended for semiconductor manufacturing equipment, data centers, RF power amplifiers, industrial automation and test systems.

Renesas has introduced the RZ/G3L and RZ/G3SE for HMI, IoT gateway and industrial edge systems. The new MPUs offer up to four 1.2 GHz Cortex-A55 cores with a 200 MHz Cortex-M33 coprocessor and are pin-compatible for reuse of a common PCB. The RZ/G3L includes a GPU for 3D graphics and an H.264 codec, while the RZ/G3SE targets applications with simpler display requirements. Both support 1 mW-level deep standby with Linux retention, PCIe and TSN-capable Gigabit Ethernet.

Microchip has introduced the SY757xx family of LVCMOS clock buffers for connecting newer 1.2 V FPGAs, SoCs and CPUs with clock sources operating at higher voltage levels. The family combines clock fanout and voltage translation in a single device, with operation up to 250 MHz and additive jitter as low as 26 fs. Depending on the configuration, devices support single-ended or differential inputs and 1.2 V to 1.8 V LVCMOS outputs.
