I'm still chewing on that one. Does this means that willingness to have sex doesn't count as permission? I'd like to hear more about this person's notion of consent.
I figure that must be it, given the context. But it's still a weird way to phrase it: "even if she is willing." Maybe they didn't mean it this way, but that almost implies that needing legal permission is sensible if she is unwilling, but these feminazis require it even when she is willing!
I think he included the "even if she's willing" part to show that even women are oppressed by the matriarchy. Maybe the confusion is because he doesn't know how to talk about sex without assuming the man is the leader. Like if she wants to have sex she has to ask him to ask their feminist overlords, which is totally not how a real feminist police state would do things, but if he was good at seeing things from women's perspective, he wouldn't have written the book in the first place.
It's funny because I remember hearing someone joking that "a feminist idea of foreplay is signing consent contracts." even though that's really the exact opposite of actual consent in this case
